TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- For any cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival date, no charge is
made and the deposit is refunded in full. - For any cancellations between 30 days and 15 days prior to arrival,
no charge is made, but the deposit is not refunded. - In cases of no show a charge of 100% is made.
- In cases of departure prior to the arranged date, a charge of 100% of
the remaining accommodation will be made. - In case of damage to the house or its equipment, there will be an
appropriate charge for replacement. - Special cases will be considered with discretion.

- Check out time: 11.00 a.m.
